Membership is open to anyone whose vehicle qualifies, as defined by the Port Stephens Classic Automobile Association (PSCAA) Constitution as follows:

"A Vehicle manufactured at least 15 years prior to the current year, and that in the opinion of the Committee is a classic vehicle and/or motor bike, or a Vehicle less than 15 years old that in the opinion of the Committee, will become a classic vehicle and/or motor bike. In consideration of the eligibility of a classic vehicle for Membership, the Committee may reject a classic vehicle that has modifications which are not sympathetic to the essence of that particular model, and which deviate substantially from the original design or silhouette."
